Res.In.Tec Italia®, is currently one of the most qualified Italian companies in the field of reinforcement and upgrading or seismic updating to standards using FRP, numerous technologies for the reinforcement of floors and walls, for the injection of sulphate resistant cements into walls and “a sacco” walls, for the non-invasive cleaning of surfaces and all general or highly specific restoration/conservation jobs involving both historical buildings subject to preservation and infrastructures (bridges, viaducts, etc.) . .

Constant attention, increasing commitment and substantial experience make us a benchmark company for conservative restoration. We are able to provide all-round advice and diagnosis, besides job-planning and reinforcement sizing assistance. Alongside the designers, we can indicate the correct procedures to be adopted and are also able to provide preliminary studies comprising historical documentation, graphic documentation, surveys, reports concerning the state of preservation, previous jobs done and execution methods, photographic documentation, cognitive and diagnostic investigations, job development reports, etc.

All the engineers, restoration workers, fitters and personnel employed by Res.In.Tec Italia® have adequate professional expertise and cultural knowledge regularly updated through theoretical and hands-on training.

Thanks to the numerous jobs completed by us, we have been able to achieve total independence as regards perfectly executed fundamental restoration operations and to develop procedures distinguished by high quality, reduced number of work hours, reliable results, operating safety;

Res.In.Tec. Italia®: Seismic updating as extreme awareness of the fundamental importance which every detail can have in the event of an exceptional event requiring the building to contrast enormously strong forces that suddenly move in a direction different to that calculated for vertical loads.

The direct experience acquired in the field of restoration has enabled us to develop a precise and detailed picture of the different kinds of degradation suffered by buildings.

The knowledge of traditional methods, together with ongoing research and testing of the most recent working procedures, enables us to work in a way that is both friendly to the environment and to the building being restored, in full awareness of the responsibilities and commitment which our work involves; in accordance with restoration theory, our activities are first of all directed towards finding the cause of the degradation, eliminating and restoring the original mechanical characteristics of the building or even increasing these if necessary (bringing up to standard bridges, supporting structures, floors, beams, pillars, etc.)

Job design and/or executive consultancy, job sizing through modelling of finished elements using limit-state calculation software, prior cost analysis, highly-specialised installation, laboratory tests to check the effectiveness of the jobs to be done. All the jobs performed by Res.In.Tec. Italia® comply with European directives and the fundamental principles relating to efficacy, compatibility, durability and reversibility of the jobs done

Res.In.Tec. Italia® operates in perfect compliance with CNR-DT 200/2004 instructions indicating the methods and practical rules to be followed for the installation of FRP reinforcements, their monitoring and relevant control and subsequent CNR-DT 201/2005, CNR-DT 202/2005 and CNR-DT 203/2006 instructions covering the use of FRP according to literature and most modern Standards.

Our jobs are directed towards the general and total restoration of buildings (private buildings, public buildings, churches, theatres, road and motorway bridges, dams, swimming pools, stadiums, piers, etc.) or precise and targeted jobs aimed at increasing original physical strength, reinforcing and restoring reinforced-concrete structures (beams, pillars, etc.), restoring vaults, ducts and tunnels, the restoration of masonry of all types, bending and cutting reinforcement jobs, the linking of disconnected elements (vaults, domes) or right-angled masonry panels, reinforcement and connection of floors, limitation of cracking, confinement of columns, restoration of arches and porticos, changes to intended uses and increase in the original load capacities of buildings.
